Since the seat of the Hindi film industry is Bombay, now known as Mumbai, during his years as Bollywood has been called. In the 70′s with music composers like RD Burman, Bappi Lahiri etc. really learned Hindi film music to another level. Even today, the influence of numbers beats very fast and there are still people who prefer to hear songs of the 70s. This clearly speaks to the music during this period.
